Wir bieten individualisierte exekutive Diplom- und Masterprogramme an. Dabei prüfen wir Ihre bisherigen Leistungsnachweise und entwickeln mit Ihnen einen DAS oder MAS nach Ihren eigenen Bedürfnissen. Wenn Sie sich bereits in einem bestimmten Fach qualifizierte Vorkenntnisse und Kompetenzen angeeignet haben, die auf einer genügenden Anzahl von ECTS basieren, können Sie bei uns ein entsprechendes Weiterbildungsdiplom erwerben. Sie werden von einem Dozierenden betreut, der Ihre Fachbereiche abdeckt und ausgewiesene Expertise mitbringt. Mögliche Anwendungsbereiche sind Themen der Psychologie, Wirtschaft und Finanzen, der sozialen Arbeit und der Politik- und Gesundheitswissenschaften.
Master of Advanced Studies
Higher Defense Management
Der Executive MBA in Higher Defense Management richtet sich an Managerinnen und Manager der Wehrtechnikbranche, die ihre Fach- und Führungskompetenzen gezielt weiterentwickeln möchten. Das deutschsprachige Programm umfasst drei Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) mit jeweils 15 ECTS und verbindet praxisorientierte Inhalte mit fundierter Managementexpertise.
Das erste CAS, Finanzmanagement, vermittelt essenzielle Kenntnisse zur volkswirtschaftlichen Einordnung der Defense-Industrie, zu Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung, Investitionsrechnung, Kostenmanagement und Projektmanagement. Ergänzend dazu ermöglichen praxisnahe Unternehmensplanspiele eine direkte Anwendung des erworbenen Wissens.
Im zweiten CAS steht das Management und Entrepreneurship in der Wehrtechnikbranche im Fokus. Die Teilnehmenden befassen sich mit spezifischen Märkten und Kunden, dem regulatorischen Umfeld der Rüstungsindustrie, den Mechanismen von Rating und Kapitalmärkten sowie mit Netzwerken, Kooperationen, Compliance Management und Governance.
Der dritte CAS-Schwerpunkt, Leadership und Resilienz, bereitet Führungskräfte darauf vor, mit den besonderen Herausforderungen der Branche souverän umzugehen. Themen wie der Aufbau resilienter Unternehmenskulturen, der Umgang mit Konflikten und Fehlern, Change Management, Co-Creation, Selbstmanagement und Stressbewältigung stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.
Zusätzlich erhalten die Teilnehmenden individuelles Coaching zur Karriere- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, um ihre Führungskompetenzen gezielt auszubauen und sich optimal auf zukünftige Herausforderungen vorzubereiten.
Protection Concept Reloaded
The February 2024 Forum study on sexual abuse in the Protestant Church once again makes it clear that, regardless of denominational affiliations, there is a great need for violence protection concepts in all care contexts.
These include risk and potential analyses, complaint procedures, and forms of participation, e.g., in social education institutions, in order to ensure the rights of children and young people to have a say and to make these institutions safe places.
This need is not met by creating concept papers and then distributing them to communicate the content to employees. The opposite approach is more effective, in which an organization’s protection concept is developed with the participation of employees and the people being cared for. This applies to all organizations in which people are cared for, taught, educated, employed, and/or nursed.
The participation of employees and the recipients of the support systems is a prerequisite for protection concepts to be effective and truly sustainable. Developing a protection concept in this sense is much more than just upgrading an institution’s methodological portfolio; it should be understood as an organizational development process.
This is where Schutzkonzept Reloaded comes in. It is an innovative program in a blended learning format designed to accompany and support child and youth welfare institutions in the development, introduction, and implementation of institution-specific protection concepts for the protection of children and young people from sexual abuse and violence in the broadest sense.
Online Flash Courses
Our latest product is online flash courses on business administration and leadership, known as the Mini MBA. If there are enough participants, the courses are held online on two evenings per topic (4 hours each). We start with a keynote presentation and then work together on a case study related to the topic. Each lesson concludes with the distribution of a short handbook for implementation in the company.
