Susanne Hübenthal
Managing Partner
Susanne Hübenthal has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. In addition to her work as a nurse, she has also worked in the fields of public health and outpatient care. She completed an Executive MBA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and holds a bachelor’s degree in business psychology. She also worked as a research assistant at the Department of Applied Psychology at ZHAW in Zurich, where she coordinated a research project in the field of prevention and health promotion. In addition to her role as managing director, she is the manager of a neurosurgical practice in Bern.
Volker Schulte
Co-managing Partner
Volker Schulte specializes in leadership coaching, positive psychology, and resilience. He holds a doctorate in political science and is involved in research and publication projects at various universities. Previously, he was a member of the executive board of Health Promotion Switzerland and the WHO’s Directorate of Health Education in Geneva. Before that, he worked in the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Department of Home Affairs on health programs. He is the author of numerous specialist articles and books.
