On behalf of the Academy for Mindfulness and Resilience (AAR) in Lenzburg, we are developing a personalized resilience test. Resilience describes your personal resources that enable us to cope with crises satisfactorily. A person is resilient if they can deal with stress even in times of crisis and stressful situations and are not overwhelmed. The test helps to better assess personal resilience by asking questions on the topics of emotion regulation, future orientation, life goals, problem-solving skills, acceptance, self-determination, and social networks. In addition to an individual evaluation, it also provides recommendations for optimizing your level of resilience.
Driver test
The driver test provides information about our thoughts and feelings, or in other words, our inner drivers. These drivers are basic behaviors and personal attitudes that we have adopted over the course of our lives. It reveals how we behave in a given situation. Our inner drivers have a strong influence on our thoughts, actions, and feelings. Recommendations are also developed for consciously dealing with these drivers so that they drain less of our energy. In combination with the resilience test, I receive comprehensive guidance for healthy personality development and well-being.
